On June 16, 2021, Governor Wolf declared the Disaster Declaration Emergency that was enacted due to Covid pandemic had officially ended.
When the Governor declared the emergency being over PA SGOC licensee’s then had 1 year from that date that they are permitted to use 100% of net proceeds from Small Games of Chance and they did NOT have to donate 60%.
Therefore, PA SGOC Licensees can use 100% of their Small Games of Chance net proceeds until June 16, 2022 (1 year from when the Governor declared the emergency being over).
On June 16, 2022 and thereafter SGOC Licensees must once again adhere to the normal 60%-40% split of their net proceeds.
The date of June 16, 2022 has NOT been extended as of today February 25th, 2022
